Payment is only collected after you've been accepted into the program. Applying is free and non-binding.

We primarily work with licensed, actively producing agents. New agents are evaluated case-by-case based on commitment and capacity.

If your application is a fit, we'll schedule a private interview with Coach Mills to confirm alignment on both sides.

Once accepted, you'll receive a secure payment link to activate your membership.

Onboarding & Orientation
Welcome email, member account credentials, an orientation call, and your personalized coaching schedule.
